Cowboy Steak and Potato Casserole

1 kilo ground beef1 onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup ketchup2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon dried thymeSalt and black pepper to taste4 large potatoes, frozen and finely chopped1 cup grated cheddar cheeseChopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)Instructions:Heat and prepare: Bake at 190°C and Grease a 9×13 baking dish with about an inch of oil.Mix meat: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined
