Cheesy Chicken Fritters

The mixture should hold together when squeezed; if it’s too dry, add another tablespoon of beaten egg.Step 2: Shape the FrittersScoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into a small patty, about 1/2-inch thick. Repeat with the remaining mixture—you should get about 8–10 fritters .Optional: Lightly coat the patties in additional breadcrumbs or flour for extra crispiness.Step 3: Fry the FrittersHeat 2–3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Carefully place the fritters in the skillet, working in batches to avoid overcrowding.
